Dear Friends & Family,
Another year has gone by and…
All right, honestly? 2014 feels pretty much the same as 2013 did. Looking back on it though we had some pretty major events happen to us in 2013, the most significant of which was moving to a new city and meeting a TON of awesome people. Sara and I went from spending every night inside by ourselves with a very small social circle to now having a small handful of really great, really tight friends. Looking back on the year, that’s probably what I’m most thankful for.
One of the cool new things about our new city is the easily accessible walking paths that seem to transport you out of the city even though they’re just around the corner from a major road. On this particular day below I really, really didn’t want to go for a walk, (It was cold, and snowing, and I just really hate the cold.) but I’m really glad that Sara convinced me into coming out. It was beautiful out, and there was no one else on the trails because of the big snowfall we had received the night before.
